Hey ya'll! Today I worked and finally got my lanyard! This means that I'm official and my co-workers will stop asking me, "Are you finding everything alright?" or refuse to give me the grabber stick to help someone get something down and say, "Sorry ma'am, I'll have to grab it down for you..." Haha, it's been great! I think I'm finally getting the hang of things around the store though. Today I helped more customers than ever and even helped this lady pick out an outfit for a wedding. I've also been working on my southern accent with customers and co-workers :]. The other day I learned the cash resister and it was super fun, so I'm pretty stoked about that! I also don't have to work any of the days I requested off (except for the Sunday idk yet) so that helps a ton... I don't have to look for anyone to work for me while I'm in Michigan. :] I absolutely cannot wait to come home for a few days and see everyone again and spend some time with friends and family. What a blessing that I can actually fly up for Autumn and Jordan's wedding and be a part of such an important family event! God has really worked everything out and has given me relief from my anxiety about different things I wasn't sure would work out. So anyways, not a whole lot of excitement going on here... hopefully I'll be able to hangout with some people over the next two days while not working. But as far as all ya'll, I will see very shortly! I can't wait!
